Privacy Policy

Sign-ups. If you enter your name, email and phone in our 10%-off pop-up, we store them to send you offers and updates.

Advertising pixels. With your permission, we use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to measure visits, product views, add-to-cart and checkout starts, and to improve our ads on Meta platforms and TikTok. Meta and TikTok receive your device and browser information, the pages you view and these actions. We also send these events to Meta from our server (Meta Conversions API). When you sign up for the 10% off code and tick the marketing box, we send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of your name, email and phone so it can match the sign-up to your account.

Store analytics. With the same permission, we send Shopify, our store provider, your device and browser information, the pages you view and add-to-cart actions, and set two Shopify analytics cookies (_shopify_y, _shopify_s) to count visits and sessions.

Your consent. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, and wherever we can't tell your location, none of this runs unless you click Accept on our cookie notice. Elsewhere it runs by default, unless you click Reject or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of our home page. We save your choice, the time and the notice version in your browser.

Checkout. Payments are handled by Shopify, under Shopify's own privacy policy.

Your choices. You can also block these pixels with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker, and you can opt out of personalized ads in your Meta (Facebook) ad preferences or your TikTok settings. To have your sign-up details deleted, contact us.
